Small companies growing bigger…

GES.APP. is a young, dynamic versatile company, always looking for new solutions and technologies. A reliable company, always on the go but with solid and strong basis ever growing during the last 12 years.
GES.APP. is a strong company, strong as its production: houses, buildings, blocks of apartments, condos and all what comes along with construction, versatile enough to have a huge construction site building a whole block of flats while also having a little yard building a single house.
GES.APP. a strong company which aims to be modern and advanced always willing to introduce new technologies, veryfing the results and eventually using them in their high quality production standards. A company always looking for new energy saving devices to apply to their production.
GES.APP. has the strong, determined, volcanic but reliable and honest soul in its founder and current president Nicola Romano. An entrepreneur who can surely be called a self made man.
He is GES.APP. He starts his career as a small construction entrepreneur in his home town, working with trowel during the day and pen and paper in the evening.
As the typical man from the south, he is stubborn but determined to grow in his career with an open mentality willing to experience new things. He has worked all over Italy until he founded the company in Mantova, a Company he loves as his own child.

The new office building in Prato works also as a warehouse for the company's equipment and machinery and it clearly shows out its way of working;in fact as you walk into the offices you can see the high quality of the work performed by the company.

Mr Nicola Romano has a great quality: he knows people and he surely knows how to motivate them, knowing and acknowledging that a brilliant company can not be a single person's privilege. He has been able to surround himself with reliable and skilled co-workers. Starting from Domenico Carlomagno, a surveyor, a true and strong pillar for the company. Domenico has always been in the company and has lived through all its changes and transformations both during the hard times and those where the company achieved its first positive results. He is an extremely sweet person, never tired and always available for everyone. Very professional, he is a reference point for the people he works with.

Another technician in the builder's yard is Pasquale Romano, a surveyor as well, a young, determined fellow, apparently grumpy but always generous,very professional, he loves his job and is the first one to be convinced that 'a team works better'. Unique.
Nicolangelo Toscano, another of the surveyors in the Ges. App team who somehow embodies the spirit of the company. He starts working at Ges. App. as a simple construction worker even though he has a high school diploma. He soon emerges for his professional skills and determination to learn. He becomes an excellent technician on the building site. A very private but dynamic person he knows the job thoroughly.
The 'last but not the least' amongst the group of yard technicians is Alessandro Forconi the only one who joined the company having already worked in the building field . He joins the company during a very difficult period both in his personal and professional life. He regains his self esteem thanks to the owner's support and the help of all the people he works with. He shortly acquires the company's philosophy as his own. A very warm hearted person, always happy and incredibly smart at relating with other people.
The last arrival in terms of time is Michele Marotta, a surveyor who works in the internal technical office. After some difficulties to join the working staff he has become irreplaceable and the real 'trait d'union' between the office and the technicians working 'on site'. Always available very 'easy going' he is a precious member of the crew.
The Administration office is Simone Meoni's kingdom, Simone is 'huge', and not only phisically (he's 2 meters tall!). He is so tidy and precise to border on fussiness. Always smiling and warm hearted he's the first person you meet as you walk into the reception office.
His personality is just like the company's personality.
After all this, there's no way not to mention the foremen Felice Toscano, Massimo Toscano and Antonio Toscano (they are not brothers). Or Fiorenzo Debiase, true engines in the company. And how to forget all the working personnel without whom it wouldn't be possible to accomplish with the ideas of the company's volcanic owner.

Therefore an actively dynamic team which even though the company has grown and become pretty important, has kept its human dimension. It is not a common place, then, to speak about the company as a huge family. But still, Ges.App. is not only an internal structure, It employs a whole lot of people and companies here impossible to name one by one. It may be useful to bear in mind though that the daily/working men rate can easily reach a hundred people. It is clear then that the company's aim is not only economic but above all it aims to grant a job and a good way of living to all those who revolve around it. But all this wouldn't have been possible without the most precious thing of all: the Clients. They have given Ges. App. confidence and reliance and have kept a friendly relationship afterwards.
